Apply a thin layer to clean skin and gently rub the gel in. Start by using it for 2–4 minutes, depending on your skin type, and as the skin builds up resistance, you can leave it on longer if needed.

Thoroughly rinse off with lukewarm water. Be aware that the combination of active ingredients may cause a natural reaction of temporary skin redness.

This is completely normal and should soon subside.
