The Beauty Sitting - MODERN RED

Modern Red is a red-toned palette for controlled colour, sculpted warmth and a stronger beauty direction created for the masterclass.

It is the boldest palette in the edit, but it should not look heavy, theatrical or overly done. The direction is warm, defined and polished: a cool red stain, shaped lips, rose-gold warmth on the skin, dewy red-brown softness and a dimensional eye with depth.

Alizarin is the main colour base of the palette. It is a deep contemporary cool red with blueish red undertones, designed for lips, cheeks and eyes. In this bundle, it brings the red flush and gives the face a stronger colour direction without making the result flat.

Macao is the definition product. It is a rich, classic vibrant red eye and lip definer, used here to give shape and clarity to the lips. It keeps the red controlled, precise and more polished.

Roseate brings warmth and structure. It is a medium rose-gold bronzelighter with a golden rose effect, designed to add depth and dimension without turning orange. In this palette, it balances the stronger red tones and gives the skin a warmer, sculpted finish.

Kagero adds the dewy part of the look. It is a warm brown tinted oil with red undertones, giving the palette softness, moisture and a more lived-in finish. It supports the red direction without making the makeup feel matte or severe.

Adzuki brings the eye focus. It is a multichromatic cream eye colour with cool undertones, shifting through brownish red, modern purple, soft greyish blue, silver and gold. It gives the palette its editorial edge and stops the look from becoming simply red lips and blush.
