TYPEYOURSKIN ships skincare, makeup, body care, fragrance, oral care and wellness products across Cyprus, the EU and selected international destinations. Shipping options appear at checkout before payment.
Order processing
Once your order is placed, we prepare it for dispatch as carefully as possible. You will receive an order confirmation by email after completing your purchase.
During busy periods, product launches, events, holidays or promotional activity, order processing may take longer than usual.
Cyprus delivery options
For Cyprus orders, TYPEYOURSKIN currently offers two local delivery routes:
- Akis Express collection: free collection from an Akis Express location, where available at checkout.
- Door-to-door delivery: flat rate delivery across Cyprus for €3.
Available options will appear at checkout before payment. Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.
EU shipping options
For EU orders, available shipping options may include:
- Cyprus Post Office: flat rate €10, free for orders of €150 and above. Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days.
- FedEx International Priority: flat rate €25, free for orders of €150 and above. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service, customs checks, public holidays or other factors outside our control.
International shipping options
For selected international destinations outside the EU, available shipping options may include:
- Cyprus Post Office: flat rate €15, free for orders of €150 and above. Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days.
- FedEx International Priority: flat rate €30, free for orders of €200 and above. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes or local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping costs and checkout confirmation
All available shipping options, delivery estimates and costs are shown at checkout before payment.
The options available may depend on the delivery address, courier availability, destination country and order value.
TYPEYOURSKIN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.
Uncollected, refused or failed deliveries
If an order is refused, not collected or returned to us by the courier, any shipping fees, return costs or handling costs may be deducted from the refund, unless the issue was caused by our error.
If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery details were incorrect or incomplete, the customer may need to cover the cost of reshipping.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping box and any visible damage or error.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the case and product availability.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Returns must be requested before products are sent back. Products returned without approval may not be accepted.

Return conditions
Because TYPEYOURSKIN carries hygiene-sensitive products, returns are accepted only when the product is unused, unopened, sealed, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Opened or unsealed skincare, makeup, body care, oral care, deodorants, fragrance and sexual wellness products cannot be returned for hygiene and product integrity reasons.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. TYPEYOURSKIN is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original delivery fees are refunded only where required by applicable consumer law or where the return relates to a confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
